Ancient Farm is a farming simulator, the main goal of which is to transform wild lands into a prosperous economy of the pharaonic era. The project offers complete immersion into the measured life of an ancient Egyptian farmer, where there is no modern technology. All operations, from clearing the territory to harvesting, are performed using authentic ancient tools, which requires significant effort from the protagonist. The economic component forces us to take into account the change of seasons and the volatility of prices on the market. Proper management of resources and investment of proceeds in further expansion of holdings become the key to success.
Starting with a small plot of wild land and simple tools, you have to gradually turn it into a full-fledged agricultural enterprise. Development at Ancient Farm is a complex process covering many aspects of village life. To achieve prosperity, it is necessary to master a number of related activities:
collection of wild resources in the surrounding area. construction of necessary buildings and creation of inventory. cooking to maintain vitality. raising livestock, from chickens to oxen. cultivation of a variety of crops including wheat, papyrus, cotton, grapes and olive trees.
