Game Description
Ascent of Ashes is an immersion in a post-apocalyptic colony where your task is to build and defend a base, survive and explore a world teeming with dangers. Here you will find real-time battles with raiders, aliens and other factions, where you need to use stealth tactics and outwit the enemy. But the base itself also requires attention: grow crops, tame alien creatures, introduce technologies and strengthen walls against enemies. Combat in this game is not easy: the detailed damage simulation and health system mean that even non-fatal wounds can render a survivor unable to continue fighting. And suppressive fire can pin the enemy in place, but the ammo spent on it can make you ineffective in the next fight.
In addition, before you is a vast world with various biomes and important objects, in which you cannot go far on foot. To survive, you will have to use vehicles, which also require constant repair and maintenance. There are also hirings of survivors who will help solve the problems of the colony. Each of them is a unique individual with his own motivation, and you, as a leader, must find an approach to each of them. The battles against various enemies in this game are also varied. Each faction has its own intelligence and tactics, so fighting with a squad of well-trained Underdog soldiers will be very different from fighting with a disorganized group of raiders.
