Game Description

For the first time in the history of the series, you will be able to choose a character for whom you will administer justice and change history. Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is the first slasher RPG in the history of the developers, in which we do not play as an assassin, but choose a real warrior of Ancient Greece! We are offered two characters to choose from: Alexios or Kassandra. Each of them can and should be upgraded as you progress, spend accumulated points, improve weapons or a ship on which all trips around the game world will be made.

At the beginning we learn that we were sentenced to death by our own family. The main character runs away from home, just to leave death behind, and is going to become a hired killer, because this way you can avoid death, because you begin to give it. - official monologue of the character. Legends say that a hero will emerge who saved Greece in ancient times and set it on the right path of development towards the Western Empires. We play just such a hero. He can completely change historical events, since all his actions are the player’s decision. You don’t have to follow the plot, because the game itself has no plot.

In a world where gods, wars and rebels have broken out in a global war, we will have to conquer several cities that are now in ruins; explore the snowy mountains, visit the long plains and thunderous forests. Gradually, by honing our skills in hunting, stealing and killing, we become a skilled warrior with the respect of others. The Peloponnesian War in reality - this is what 30 hours of dialogue with the ability to choose an answer lead to. You will be able to participate in large-scale battles, where, as a skilled warrior, you will attack your enemies and cut out your opponents. Discover treasures of the sea and ancient legends. Be a part of history in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.
