Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End and the Secret Key DX marks the end of the story of alchemist Raizalin Stout, who must unravel the mystery of the suddenly appeared Kark Islands. These mysterious lands threaten the stability of her home island of Kurken, forcing the girl to embark on one last great journey. A voice in her head guides Reiza to create mysterious keys that open up not only new possibilities in the synthesis of objects, but also access to previously unseen areas for exploration. It is these artifacts that become the center of the story, tying together alchemical experiments and the discovery of ancient secrets. This adventure is the culmination of the Secret trilogy and marks the 25th anniversary of the entire franchise.
On her travels, Reiza is accompanied by a team of 11 loyal companions, including old friends Tao Mongarten, Lent Marslink and Claudia Valenz, as well as new faces. Exploration of the world of Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key DX takes place on the expanses of a single seamless map that unites several regions without additional downloads. Traveling around this world is necessary to collect rare ingredients from defeated monsters and in secluded corners of nature. Collected materials are used in a complex system of alchemical synthesis to create powerful equipment and useful items needed to advance the story and complete quests. The combat system combines elements of turn-based tactics and real-time battles.
