On the pirateBang-On Balls: Chronicles you can play online with a friend for free, competing in different multiplayer modes. The gameplay is a 3D platformer that players can play over the internet online or locally. Initially, participants choose which country they will compete under. The lobby is designed like a film studio.

Travel through the worlds occurs through portals. Each world is represented by a specific era. Network play allows you to take control of the ball. The sphere can roll, accelerate, jump, hit other balls or various objects. It is possible to use a shield to block a blow. The levels are spacious and open locations with a high degree of interactivity. Bang-On Balls: Chronicles features both free-to-play online and single-player options.

In the story campaign, the game offers you to go to the Viking location, representing Great Britain. Here the global goal is set - to destroy the terrible ruler - the Viking Boss. If you successfully complete the task, you will unlock a winged helmet and a hammer. Multiplayer is designed for competitions of up to four people. You can team up in pairs or participate in fights where each participant fights for himself. The gameplay is inspired by classics like Sonic, Mario, etc.
