Game Description

Barrage immerses its followers in a competition to create hydropower complexes and ensure their faction’s supremacy through the construction of dams. This turn-based strategic title involves the competent distribution of Engineers to perform specific tasks. Tasks include obtaining new Equipment, managing water flows, constructing structures, and generating energy from water flows.

Since the action spaces are few and available to all opponents, the order of operations becomes key so that other players do not intercept the intended move. In Barrage, events develop in stages: each gamer takes one action in his turn. Engineers are a scarce asset, and more efficient operations require a significant number of these specialists. As a result, thoughtful management of personnel forms the basis of gameplay. Any choice is significant, since existing limits affect the availability of funds for subsequent projects.

Any corporation has special features that provide access to a variety of bonuses during the session. In addition, each CEO has a unique passive skill that can be activated to increase energy generation, increase profits, or optimize asset management. CEOs also rely on the support of Executive Officers - assistants who greatly influence the game mechanics and contribute to the formation of different styles of doing things.
