Become the Moon combines deck building with an automated combat system, challenging the player to climb through a chaotic world. Gamers assemble a team of creatures and form sets of cards with fighters, enchantments and artifacts. Each stage gives you the opportunity to collect new cards, expanding your arsenal of available techniques to create powerful combos.
The task is to move through the world of destroyed magic, using the resulting combinations to reach the heavenly goal. This universe is inhabited by strange creatures living in its distorted state. Battles in Become the Moon take place in automatic mode, where preparation determines the outcome. Before each confrontation, you will have to place your players on the field, change their places and select spells for tactical use. This arrangement, together with the contents of the set of cards, determines the further gameplay.
Once the skirmish begins, the creatures act independently according to their skills, and the result depends entirely on the initial balance of forces. This card game offers a roguelike playthrough where you have to defeat a series of opponents. Enemies act as obstacles on the way to ascent beyond the stratosphere. Failure is a key part of the gameplay, forcing you to start trying again. Each new playthrough allows you to use different tactics and card combinations, giving you another chance for success in a series of fights.
