Game Description
Behind the Horizon is a mixture of role-playing game and farming simulator. The camera here is located on top and slightly at an angle. In graphics, pixel art is combined with pre-rendered two-dimensional objects. An indie project made by the efforts of just one person. There is a living, big and open world. The video game can simulate climate, flora and fauna. Days and nights, seasons, weather change in it. Moreover, the seasons here are not always the same. Climate and weather changes affect the landscape. For example: snowdrifts can grow, lakes can change in size, and so on. The gameplay maintains a balance between exploration, farming, and combat.
After completing the training in the game Beyond the Horizon, gamers receive almost complete freedom of action. Users can breed animals, grow vegetables and fruits, rebuild, decorate and improve farmland, explore the surrounding area, go down into catacombs and caves, chat with NPCs, take and turn in quests, go through the story, do crafting, fight monsters, learn magic spells, cook food, brew potions. The story is divided into 5 chapters. Magic here is used not only in battle, but also in farming. There are different types of weapons and skills. Skills need to be learned. Each non-writing has its own daily routine. Their schedules are gradually changing. Many residents are ready to issue instructions.
