Game Description
Cast n Chill introduces a system for fishing in a series of different lakes, rivers and oceans. The main goal is to use a fishing rod to catch prey from bodies of water, because each location has its own species of aquatic inhabitants. On all fishing expeditions, the player is accompanied by a faithful dog, which is present at every point. A special catalog tracks the progress of a collection of 50 varieties of fish, including freshwater and marine creatures.
Cast n Chill offers two different ways to interact, allowing you to customize the gameplay to suit your preferences. Active mode requires direct participation to cast the line and pull out the catch, which speeds up the pace of production. In turn, passive mode allows the game to run on its own, accumulating loot over time without constant control from the gamer.
This simulator also has a resizable window, an option designed for a second monitor or to fit next to other programs on the same display. The caught fish acts as a resource that is exchanged for profit. The funds received are then used to purchase improvements for the game equipment. With new equipment, access to catching species that were unattainable with standard gear opens up. This economic cycle of catching, selling and upgrading gear forms the basis for further advancement, opening up access to new territories and allowing the entire collection to be replenished.
