CRUEL immerses users in an intense, surreal experience where survival is not just a goal, but an absolute necessity. From the moment gamers find themselves in an unfamiliar hotel, it becomes clear that everything is not as it seems. They come across a corpse in the elevator and, without time to think, snatch the weapon from the hands of the lifeless figure. This is just the beginning of a long and bloody battle with enemies who seem to be relentlessly pursuing them. Each level of this bizarre building is alive, changing in unpredictable ways, creating an environment that feels as hostile as the enemies themselves.

The title forces users to think and act quickly, as they are constantly in a race against time. With each new floor the situation becomes more and more chaotic, forcing gamers to quickly adapt. Along the way, they collect jars that serve as both a lifeline and currency. These jars not only replenish health, but can also be used to purchase upgrades that can turn the tide in a particularly difficult situation.

Collecting these jars can unlock devastating attacks that may be just the edge you need to survive a particularly brutal wave of enemies. It’s a race against time, but also about managing resources wisely - every decision matters. The gameplay of CRUEL is fast, furious and unforgiving. It mixes elements of an old-school first-person shooter (FPS) with the pace of classic arcade games.
