Game Description
Decktamer is an adventure where every card in the deck represents a living creature, caught in combat and ready to fight by your side. The path to power lies through the creation of unique hybrids, achieved through the fusion and mutation of allies. This process allows abilities to be transferred between different creatures, opening up space for devastating combinations and unconventional tactical decisions. Each battle becomes a test not only of strategic thinking, but also of moral principles, because to gain strength you have to experiment with living beings.
Events take place in a mysterious location known as the Abyss - a gigantic crater that promises untold riches to those who dare to reach its bottom. Descending deeper, adventurers encounter increasingly strange and dangerous inhabitants. The world of Decktamer is procedurally generated, making each new dive into the Abyss different from the last, offering fresh challenges and opportunities. In turn-based battles, each creature in the squad acts independently, which requires the gamer to carefully plan their moves.
The art of survival in the Abyss:
Capture hostile creatures to replenish your deck. Permanent death of allies killed in battle. Transferring unique skills to create powerful hybrids. Exploring procedurally generated levels.
The main dilemma becomes the choice between destroying the enemy and taming him. The decision to tame a monster turns it into a loyal ally, but the cost of a mistake is high. The loss of any creature in battle is irreversible - the card disappears from the deck forever, which forces you to weigh every step and take care of the safety of key fighters on your team.
