Game Description

Deus Ex Revision is a global modification for the original part of Deus Ex. The addon includes new locations and additional music. Improved character models and environments. Added alternate modes and various bonus content. The gameplay and plot remained unchanged.

As in the original game, the main character of Deus Ex Revision is an agent named J.C. Denton. The events take place in the world of the future in 2052. Augmentations have entered people’s everyday lives. Society is suffering from an incurable disease called gray death. During the passage you will encounter the Illuminati society, alien technologies, men in black, Area 51 and many other human conspiracies and secrets.

The gameplay is first-person stealth action. Each level can be completed in several ways, depending on the player’s logic, or by character augmentations. You can upgrade your hero through the tank branch, focusing on close combat or firearms skills, or develop various hacking and stealth abilities. There are no familiar classes typical of the role-playing genre here. Each player is free to upgrade absolutely any modification available to the hero.

The main parameters are nanoaugmentations such as increased lung capacity, super strength, speed, health regeneration, invisibility, super vision, protection, spy drone and many other parameters that affect the style of play. Denton has a standard set of skills that cannot be upgraded: Light, Friend/Alien and Datalink. Items and weapons are stored in inventory, which has a limited volume. During conversations with characters, you can choose a line of dialogue. The decisions made have an impact on the world around us.
