Game Description
Dread Protocol is a gritty space adventure where the Federation’s enemies wage their war in the corridors of procedurally generated stations. Each foray is a merciless third-person encounter in which even the walls provide no reliable cover and can be destroyed. At the Atax station, improved lighting helps to better navigate the chaos of the battle, while at the Varang facilities a new enemy awaits - the Flamethrower. Boss battles such as Skagz require maximum concentration and skillful use of available equipment.
The main task becomes the consistent dismantling of the hostile structure, station by station. Dread Protocol’s roguelight mechanics force you to carefully plan every step, because any mistake can be fatal. An FTL-inspired event and navigation system adds unpredictability to this single-player showdown. To survive, gamers will have to master a vast arsenal and adapt to constantly changing conditions in enemy territories, from cramped prison blocks to spacious hangars. Each successful mission brings us closer to weakening the Federation’s total control over the sector.
