Game Description

Eclipsium begins in a sunless, self-eating world. A desperate protagonist known as the Wanderer is forced to search for a mysterious figure called She. His first-person journey takes him through a series of surreal, ever-changing locations, including hellish tombs and cathedrals of flesh. The environment is unstable, and the hero must sacrifice everything to continue his search. Each place becomes a psychological test in an atmosphere of mystery and existential horror.

The central element of Eclipsium’s gameplay is exploration of the world, guided only by pale, diffuse light. There are no safe zones, and every space is designed to evoke feelings of discomfort and anxiety. The Wanderer has a unique ability - a transformative hand that can bend and change obstacles to clear the path. This power serves as the main tool for solving spatial puzzles blocking the road. Each area has its own path to the exit, requiring careful attention to discover.

What awaits the traveler in a painful eclipse:

Exploring hostile, constantly changing locations. Using a special ability to change the environment. Solving spatial puzzles to move forward. Constant psychological stress due to the lack of safe areas.

The plot is built on a faint memory of Her, whose dim light serves as a beacon in the oppressive darkness. This whisper of hope is the only motivation for a hero in a world consumed by a painful eclipse. As the game progresses, the Traveler’s senses become dulled and perceptions become unreliable, creating a psychedelic and unsettling atmosphere. The purpose of the journey remains unclear, because the guiding light may turn out to be a bait, which only deepens the main mystery of the project.
