Game Description

Egging On is a brutal test where every wrong move sends the fragile egg-shaped protagonist back to where he started. There’s no save system, making vertical climbing a tense test of precision and patience. To achieve the cherished freedom, you have to perfectly master difficult physics, feeling every vibration and roll of your fragile shell. Success depends on the ability to synchronize the rotation with the jump to achieve maximum height, because any mistake threatens to fall and the need to start all over again.

Running the coop is just the first step in a long journey. The route takes you through a variety of themed locations, including a farm store, a dangerous factory and a kitchen, each filled with interactive elements. The environment actively opposes progress, putting ominous chainsaws and hostile roosters in the way. To add variety to this challenging gameplay, the world of Egging On offers over 60 unique customization skins. Some of them are purely decorative, while others are capable of changing aspects of the gameplay.

Among the many unlockable items, there are also special ones created in collaboration with other projects. For example, secret seekers might discover the Don’t Starve-inspired Tallbird shell, or the Inscryption-inspired Raven shell. Additional motivation comes from stamps hidden throughout the levels, the collection of which gives access to special rewards at the top. This encourages you to explore every corner of carefully crafted locations, constantly remembering the high cost of a single carelessness.
