Game Description

On the pirateFarlight Commanders you can play online with a friend for free, controlling space shuttles over the Internet online or locally. The free online play option includes co-op for up to four people, offering the opportunity to go through the story campaign together. Single adventure and online play available. The mechanics are elements of a classic shoot-em-up and 2D platformer.

Battles are fought over a special mineral, which opens up enormous opportunities for its owners. The substance is called Tyranny. Players join forces to save planets from constant wars over mineral deposits. Each participant has their own individual role. Farlight Commanders heroes are divided into classes: commander, soldier, medic and technician. Shuttles are damaged. They must be repaired on the fly before the enemies completely destroy the vessels.

Spaceships are called Catharsis. These are powerful destroyers that took part in the first war against the Corporation. When the Singularity Gate was destroyed, these shuttles became obsolete. However, their main feature is the balance between strength and agility. All vessels have 4 characteristics: drive, shields, energy and artillery. Each ship is represented by one individual parameter that determines the style of play. You can hire a team that helps land on the surface of continents and capture planets.
