Game Description

FOREWARNED is a cooperative horror game designed for online play on the Internet. You can also play Pirate with a friend online. The indie project uses a first-person view. The title supports virtual reality headsets. Owners of VR devices can participate in the same matches with other users.

Network play is designed for a maximum of 4 people. FOREWARNED can be played alone. Locations are generated randomly each time. The behavior of artificial intelligence is also constantly changing. Before the start of the round, participants assemble a mini-squad, select equipment, and then go on a sortie. Team members can communicate via voice chat and coordinate actions. They roam the ruins in search of relics and other loot. The loot can be spent on improving your current equipment and purchasing cooler equipment. Pumping is also available. Traps and monsters make it difficult to explore the tombs. Enemies vary in appearance, characteristics and abilities.

In the story, archaeologists use satellite images to find ancient burial grounds in the Sahara. Scientists and treasure hunters venture into the Egyptian catacombs. However, it soon turns out that they are inhabited by Medjays. This is the name of the elite wars that were supposed to protect the pharaoh, but were cursed and went crazy. The possibility of free online play allows users to control these monsters, but only after their heroes die. When players become monsters, they have a choice: help their former teammates or hinder them.
