Game Description

In Gloomy Eyes, the player alternates between controlling a zombie boy and a human girl as they navigate a world without the sun. The story is set in a conflict between the living and the undead, where the two main characters, Gloomi and Nena, form a forbidden alliance. They challenge the established order by going on a journey together. Their common goal is to find the sun and return its light.

To progress through the story, you need to control both heroes, switching between them and using their unique skills. The gameplay of Gloomy Eyes is based on solving environmental puzzles that require the combined use of Gloomy and Nena’s abilities. Each level is a handcrafted rotating diorama that can be manipulated. This mechanic encourages you to explore miniature worlds from different angles to discover secrets and passages. To solve problems, you need to cooperate, using the distinctive features of each character.

Progress through the darkness depends entirely on the constant interaction between the two protagonists and the environment. This game tells the story as a dark tale from the perspective of an old gravedigger, focusing on necromantic adventure and friendship that crosses the line between life and death. Despite the enmity of their societies, the two main characters become close allies.
