The game is a card battler with elements of a role-playing visual novel, where the events taking place are demonstrated in the form of drawn anime art. Users will have to take control of rebel girls who have the power of the “Divine Soul,” which allows them to travel through different spaces. Players will be able to connect souls that resonate with each other to awaken God and deal with evil.
Events in GODSOUL take place on the territory of the “City of Dreams”, where people have achieved high technological development. Network technologies take up most of a person’s time, which has a bad effect on social relationships. There is a total dystopia in the world, which affects all segments of the population. Schoolchildren, government workers and businessmen suffer from new living conditions, where rebel girls come to the rescue.
Users will have to fight for the freedom-loving ideals of girls, as well as help poor people cope with their problems. You will be able to fight using virtual technologies, acting as a “soul” that resists the will of the “devil”. Players will be able to meet the following heroines: Wang Lingxi (a sophomore who believes in cuteness and is represented in the form of a rabbit soul), Moon Shadow (a cyber hermit who worked for a large corporation), Frenzy (a high school student who appears in the form of a cat soul) and others.
