Game Description
Halo: Campaign Evolved is a large-scale sci-fi shooter in which the original confrontation between humanity and the Covenant is adapted to modern technological standards. The transition to the Unreal Engine 5 allowed us to completely rework the visual design, update the story scenes and re-record the sound with the participation of the original actors. The story of the Master Chief’s survival on a mysterious ring world is now complemented by 3 backstories that reveal details of the secret operation Meteorite.
The gameplay was enriched with mechanics from the sequels, including tactical acceleration and the capture of enemy vehicles. The remastered version of Halo: Campaign Evolved features co-op for up to 4 players online with shared progress, as well as 2-player split-screen. In addition, the available arsenal has expanded to include 9 additional types of weapons, which significantly change the usual combat tactics.
The modifier skull system now includes 42 hidden objects that affect the difficulty of the passage and open up unexpected modes such as a third-person view. The project marks an important milestone, opening access to the famous universe to owners of competing consoles for the first time. This decision erases the previous boundaries of exclusivity, inviting millions of new fans to explore the ring.
