Game Description
Haunted House is a new version of an old Atari adventure that will keep you on your toes. In this game you take on the role of Lyn Graves, the brave niece of the famous treasure hunter Zachary Graves. What should be a simple visit to her uncle’s house turns into a terrifying journey when vampires and other evil spirits appear in the house and kidnap Lin’s companions. To free his uncle and friends, and defeat these supernatural enemies, Lin seeks a mysterious urn to collect from the shards.
You will find yourself in a game where each room is procedurally generated and has moving walls and a random distribution of opponents. On your way, scary phantoms and spirits will appear that will test your intelligence and ability to be invisible. Lyn searches for her missing friends and uncle, and she must crawl, hide, and penetrate these supernatural barriers. Each urn shard hides a terrifying boss, and Lyn must quickly learn to master each challenge through 3D stealth gameplay with an isometric view. When the shadow ghost catches up with her, she finds herself back at the entrance to the Haunted House, but with new floor configurations and enemy locations, providing a unique experience on every attempt.
Haunted House has the unique ability to unlock different heroes as Lin frees his friends from the clutches of an evil spirit. These heroes have different abilities that change the experience of the mansion depending on who you choose to explore. There are also many hidden references to Atari, collectibles and a story based on the original Haunted House and other legendary Atari games from the golden era.
