Game Description

HYPER DEMON is a minimalist and experimental first-person shooter. It stands out for its visual style. It has very fast and dynamic gameplay. Here you can make jerks, slide, perform regular jumps and something like rocket jumps. There are more than a dozen techniques in total. You can master all these mechanics through training. The protagonist shoots daggers at demonic creatures from his outstretched hand. He is also capable of using consumable gems. These bonuses make it possible to enhance attacks, throw bombs, shoot lasers, and increase speed. Fights with monsters take place in arenas that resemble spherical projections. At the same time, the main character can see 180 degrees (and his sensors will allow him and the player to understand what is happening at the moment also behind him).

Hyper Demon is the spiritual successor to the Devil Daggers project created by the same studio. According to the developers, this is not a direct continuation, but a separate independent game. Both titles are similar, but they provide different gameplay experiences. In DD you had to survive as long as possible and try to get the maximum score. The successor, in turn, offers to kill as many opponents as possible in a short time, and the counter in it counts down. In this case, you can end the match with a loss. All gamers fight solo and compete with each other for places on the leaderboard. The faster the kills happen, the faster the difficulty increases. The video game makes it easy to record your runs and share them with the community.
