Game Description
I Sell Lemonade is a story about a 1980s summer spent on the sidewalk with a pitcher of soft drink. At the center of the story is a 10-year-old child who, after his father sells his gaming console, is forced to look for something to do on the street. An activity initially conceived as a way to pass the time gradually turns into an extended journey through childhood experiences, friendships and character formation. The project immerses you in the nostalgic atmosphere of an era where summer days were spent in the open air, and the visual style and musical accompaniment create a feeling of warmth. This is not just a business simulator, but a story about seemingly insignificant events that lead to serious internal changes.
The process of managing your own small business includes inventory control and setting prices for goods, which allows you to master the basics of economics and communication with neighbors. However, commercial success is not the only goal in I Sell Lemonade, as the narrative focuses on personal growth. Every day confronts the protagonist with new choices that influence his development. He will have to solve many life problems:
stand up to the local basketball kingpin for respect and a boombox; earn the right to participate in underground races on radio-controlled cars; find a way to start a conversation with the neighbor girl; learn to build a dialogue with your own father.
