You will investigate the crime together with Inspector Waffles, exploring every corner of the city to find evidence and clues to this mysterious crime. You have to interrogate witnesses and suspects. Carefully study the locations and try to find the slightest clues that will lead to the killer. However, remember that curiosity has ruined many lives. The general director of one of the enterprises in Cat Town has died. He was a favorite of the citizens and helped the whole city in every possible way.
Waffles and the late director were once friends. But there is no time to mourn an old friend. It is necessary to unravel this mysterious tangle. In the world of Inspector Waffles, all the creatures are anthropomorphic animals, including cats, dogs, rabbits, foxes and many other furry animals. The gameplay is based on the fact that you move around the screen, talk to numerous characters, select lines of dialogue, search for quest items and solve numerous puzzles. The game is full of dark and satirical humor, and also contains references to many famous detective works, including literature and cinema.
