Game Description

Japan Stigmatized Property 2 is a surveillance simulator in which the main goal is to meticulously search for anomalies in Japanese properties with a bad reputation. The protagonist needs to hold out until 5 am, tracking any deviations from the norm through camera lenses. The success of the mission depends on attentiveness: missing a significant number of paranormal events or an excessive number of false alarms inevitably leads to failure. Four new areas are available for inspection, including the abandoned Celine Hotel and the wooden K Residence in Tottori Prefecture, where a man is rumored to have died alone. Each task offers two difficulty modes, allowing you to adjust the intensity of what is happening.

The whole concept revolves around the hard work of a CCTV operator who is forced to face inexplicable forces alone. Japan Stigmatized Property 2’s gameplay requires you to constantly switch between standard shooting and night vision mode to closely examine the darkest areas of rooms. Deviations recorded are random and range from spontaneous movement of furniture and materialization of objects to the appearance of hostile spirits. Many of the frightening events take inspiration from Japanese urban folklore, adding an extra layer of authenticity to the proceedings. In addition, some of the phenomena are generated using neural network algorithms, ensuring the unpredictability of each new shift.
