Game mechanics combine elements of a city builder and a social manager. As the mayor of a metropolis destroyed by a devastating war, his top priority is rebuilding the city after the bombing. With a limited number of resources on hand, it is necessary to resolve various social conflicts and provide solutions to crisis situations. Society is strictly divided into classes. There are 3 of them: nobles, bourgeois and workers.

Nobles are the most prosperous and educated people. The bourgeoisie is engaged in business and earns huge amounts of money, while the workers are in the lowest strata of society, having only pennies and not receiving any education. The only thing that unites them is the desire to live better.
