MADNESS Project Nexus allows you to fight against bots together with a friend online. Moreover, you can play with a friend online even on a pirated game. The title combines slasher, beat-em-up and third-person shooter. This is a branch of the series, which consists of small games and cartoons made in Flash. Unlike its predecessors, the spin-off has full 3D graphics. The camera is located on the side and on top at an angle. There is blood, meat and humor.

The project has 2 modes. The story campaign is dedicated to the adventures of heroes who fight cannibal bandits, cultists, agents and other adversaries. As the story progresses, they gain new abilities. Those who are familiar with the lore of the universe will be able to meet recognizable fighters here. For example: Sheriff, Phobos, Hank, Sanford. A game called “Arena” invites users to create their own weapons, customize the hero and go crush their opponents. The possibility of free online play allows you to run around locations in co-op. MADNESS Project Nexus has a variety of combat. Here you are allowed to fire, hit, cut and blow up opponents, and throw various objects at them. You can take a weapon in each hand, while each limb must be controlled separately.

Online play includes local multiplayer. You can have fun with two, three or four people on one computer. However, only one user will be able to control the movements of his ward using the keyboard and mouse. Other gamers will require gamepads.
