Game Description
Magenta Horizon is a two-dimensional platformer that includes hack-n-slash elements. The game is inspired by such cult projects as Devil May Cry and Hollow Knight. The main character is a reaper named Gretel. Events develop in the afterlife, reminiscent of purgatory. The story begins when Archibald’s soul awakens after 200 years of exile. The protagonist will have to send the villain back to the sarcophagus so that he will not emerge from his afterlife for several more centuries.
The gameplay stands out for its hardcore difficulty. A wide arsenal of weapons can be used, including melee weapons and long-range guns. The enemies are a variety of monsters and demons. The character is able to use auxiliary bombs and healing potions. The faster you defeat enemies, the more bonuses are awarded in total.
