Game Description

MakeRoom provides the player with a sandbox to create personalized dioramas from an isometric perspective. You will have to construct scenes in three different settings: an interior room, an open-air garden or a camper. To arrange locations, a catalog of more than 1000 objects is used. In addition, special tools allow you to create unique furnishings from scratch, significantly expanding the inventory available for any project.

The mechanics of MakeRoom are introduced through a series of educational design tasks on a special island. These tasks range from creating a space for cats to creating a hideout for a vampire, showcasing the tools' capabilities. Completing missions earns the player rewards that add to his collection of items. This progression gradually introduces an extensive catalog of objects and key design functions.

This game provides tools for manipulating objects by moving, rotating, resizing, and recoloring them. The atmosphere of the diorama can be modified using dozens of backgrounds, a variety of environments and customizable ambient sounds. The results of your work can be captured in photo mode with filters and effects, and then shared through the Steam Workshop. Other equipment, such as a mop, dust brush or vacuum cleaner, allows you to both make a mess and clean up.
