Game Description
Matsuro Palette is based on survival and mystery, in which gamers find themselves locked in a studio with a cursed painting. The story unfolds over seven days, during which the protagonist must navigate the complex and disturbing world created by the girl’s painting. To survive, the user must carefully paint her portrait, using notes left by previous victims as clues. However, there is a constant threat: if you anger the girl depicted in the painting, it can lead to fatal consequences.
The title challenges users to unravel the mystery of the girl and her curse without resorting to typical game mechanics, such as puzzles with codes or hidden keys. Instead, the focus is on the artwork and the progress of the portrait. As the gamer works to complete the picture, he must monitor the girl’s reaction, since every wrong step can lead to death. The approach is based on creating an atmosphere of tension rather than jump scares or frantic gameplay.
The title also includes updated features to improve the user experience. The horizontal layout replaced the original vertical design, making the game more accessible to modern devices. Additional episodes dedicated to the girl allow us to better understand the mysterious story. Matsuro Palette is a unique combination of survival and art. Users will have to unravel the secrets of the cursed painting and at the same time cope with the pressure of a ticking clock.
