Game Description
Mimesis - invites a group of four survivors to take refuge in an old tram, which has become the only shelter in a world engulfed in disaster. Within this fragile island of security, paranoia arises, since any of the allies could turn out to be an enemy. The main threat comes from creatures capable of thoroughly copying the behavior, voice and even memories of a person, which makes you constantly doubt those who are nearby. Every foray outside the tram turns into a test of trust, where a mistake can lead to the death of the entire team at the hands of a double.
The enemies, known as Mimics, are the embodiment of fear of the unknown. These creatures appear due to a cursed rain that turns people into their exact copies. The threat grows every day as the Mimics gain knowledge about the behavior of the survivors, becoming more convincing. After the death of one of the squad members, a new monster appears in his place, continuing to deceive the survivors. Thus, the more failures a team suffers in MIMESIS, the more numerous and cunning the opponents become.
To survive, the team needs to keep the tram running. In the afternoon, when the rain stops, the group sets out to search for vital resources, including fuel and spare parts for repairs. As night falls, the damned rain returns, and movement becomes the only way to escape. Stopping a tram in the dark will inevitably attract the attention of imitators, so each daytime expedition on constantly changing maps is a risky race against time.
