Game Description

MORSE is a strategy simulation game where the main goal is to fend off a naval attack using Morse code. The fire control process is implemented with only two control elements. To aim at a target, you must enter combinations of dots and dashes that correspond to coordinates on a grid of letters and numbers. Successful completion of this task allows for precise strikes on the Kaiser’s fleet, methodically destroying enemy ships. Every battle requires not only reaction speed, but also tactical thinking to efficiently use ammunition.

One of the tactical components is reconnaissance. Artillery bursts briefly illuminate enemy ships hidden in the darkness, and a direct hit near a target reveals its position permanently. After each repelled attack, you are given the opportunity to improve your arsenal or strengthen your defenses. MORSE gameplay also involves deploying sea mines to create defensive lines. These barriers serve as the last chance to intercept ships that have broken through the line of fire.

With each new wave of the enemy, the difficulty increases: the grid on the battlefield expands, and more and more powerful German ships appear from the dark waters. The main task is to hold out until dawn. To hone your telegraphy skills, there are various modes, including a story campaign and free battles. A total of 40 characters are available to explore, and for complete immersion, you can connect a real telegraph key, which provides an authentic interaction experience.
