Game Description

Next Jianghu 2 offers a single-player adventure in an open martial arts world. The title emphasizes freedom of action through character development in a sandbox format, offering a plot of over 1 million words with dozens of possible endings. Gamers begin their journey by choosing one of a variety of unique backgrounds: scion of a general exploring the world, diligent scholar, wandering fighter, or young lady escaping an arranged marriage, with each line providing a significant, independent story.

The core gameplay combines elements of role-playing with exploration without loading screens. In the world of Next Jianghu 2, protagonists navigate using special movement skills, sliding through water, running through vegetation, and climbing buildings to discover hidden locations. The freedom is given to join numerous martial arts schools, experiencing the unique storylines, rivalries, styles and internal rules unique to each faction.

In addition to personal battles and quests, the game includes simulation elements where you manage sect holdings, covering resource points such as mines and grass fields, and establish and run businesses including gambling houses and brothels, eventually building personal bases or fortresses. Conflict plays a central role, allowing you to engage in large-scale wars to assert faction dominance, using combat mechanics reminiscent of the Mount & Blade series.
