Game Description

Northgard is a strategy game that allows you to play for free with a friend or alone using an online Internet connection. You can play the pirate game online in co-op, building a base together and fighting against a common enemy. The setting is inspired by Norse mythology. You have to take control of the Vikings, trying to conquer all the surrounding lands. The possibility of free online play offers you the opportunity to show your strength in versus mode or conquer the northern lands together.

The plot tells the story of the Nords, led by the ruler Brand, who found new uninhabited lands full of treasures and secrets. To establish Nordgard, you will have to go through many trials and conquer the adjacent shores, guarded by powerful dragons. You should be wary of wild animals, mythical creatures, undead, etc. You can either make friends with the Jotuns or become their sworn enemies. Multiplayer gives you the opportunity to team up with other players to create the mighty kingdom of Northgard!

When recruiting units, you need to assign them responsibilities: peasants, warriors, sailors, sages, etc. Each class performs its duties and benefits the settlement. While exploring the territory, you need to open caches and treasures. Victory is achieved through conquest, glory, wisdom and trade. The single player campaign consists of 11 missions. You can take control of 6 clans with unique abilities. Each has unique units at its disposal and follows an individual battle strategy.
