Game Description
Nuclear Throne is a shooter with a top-down view, which provides an excellent overview of what is happening around and allows you to better dodge bullets flying at the protagonist. The goal of the single-player campaign of this project from two indie developers is to search for a certain Nuclear Throne in the depths of the post-apocalyptic territories of the fictional world. The game collects statistical data for further processing and placement in a summary leaderboard, where you can compare your own skills with other users from around the globe. Also, there is full support for gamepads for more convenient control of the main character, who is trying to survive in difficult conditions.
Throughout all the levels, created using random procedural generation, the player will fight his way through crowds of all kinds of monsters and undead that appeared after radiation damage due to military clashes. At the same time, the gamer has the opportunity to choose a hero who will have a unique appearance, several alternative costumes and other features that change the gameplay. List of available characters:
Fish - has more ammunition than the others, and also knows how to roll, which makes it easier to avoid taking damage. Crystal - can create a shield that protects against certain types of attacks. Has a large supply of health points compared to other heroes. Eyes – the ability to attract objects and enemy units to you with telekinesis and repel bullets is available. Plant - Uses root fire to slow down enemies as an additional option. Steroid - low firing accuracy is compensated by the fact that he carries weapons in both hands.
