Pale Coins is a journey through the kingdom of Grenmark, where every step outside the safe settlements threatens to clash with dangerous monsters. Exploring abandoned ruins, dense forests and deep caves is an essential part of surviving in this world. The character, who began his journey with only an old weapon in his hands, will have to navigate his own route through lands filled with goblins and other enemies, without any hints or directions.

The development of the hero directly depends on the equipment he finds, since it is rare armor and weapons that give him unique abilities, from magic spells to summoning creatures. The combat system forces you to carefully select tactics for each enemy, especially for powerful bosses with unique sets of attacks. The outcome of battles in Pale Coins is determined not only by skill, but also by the correct use of an arsenal, including melee weapons, ranged weapons and magic items.

Decisions made during quests influence the development of storylines, allowing you to shape your own adventure story. The main goal of the journey is to search for the legendary Champion Coin, an artifact that is the subject of legends throughout Grenmark. This project combines elements of classic role-playing action games with mechanics that require the gamer to have endurance and strategic thinking. Interacting with non-player characters in the capital and other villages opens up access to new quests and reveals the secrets of this detailed pixel world.
