Game Description
Pathologic 3 is about a desperate race against time and an exploration of human nature in conditions of total collapse. In the role of the capital’s doctor Daniil Dankovsky, who arrived in a remote steppe city in search of immortality, the gamer finds himself in the midst of a mysterious epidemic. Only 12 days are allotted to save the doomed settlement. Survival requires ruthless decisions as each patient presents a unique medical mystery where lies and ulterior motives interfere with an accurate diagnosis. Exploring isolated areas with their impossible architecture and interacting with unreliable characters plunges you into an atmosphere of psychological horror, where self-control becomes the main resource against the backdrop of general destruction.
Survival in the world of Pestilence 3 requires not only medical knowledge, but also the skillful use of unique tools to control chaos. The central mechanic is the ability to rewrite the past, returning to key moments to correct fatal mistakes. This ability is accompanied by the need to collect the rare resource Amalgam, obtained for completing critical tasks or destroying mirrors. In addition, to counter the plague, the protagonist can introduce citywide decrees, establishing quarantines or curfews, which directly shapes the future of the city, even if its inhabitants come to hate their savior.

A mind map is a mental diagram for tracking events and storylines. A medical journal is a tool for recording symptoms and making correct diagnoses.
