Game Description

SAELIG (stylized as SÆLIG) is an RPG with strategy and management elements. The game focuses on managing the lives of the Anglo-Saxons in the kingdom of Wessex, extracting resources, managing life, and defending against attacks from warring savages from the Scandinavian lands. SAELIG is based on many simulation and role-playing elements, such as relationships, skills, health, needs, character interaction and constant control.

Gameplay involves individual playthrough:

live the life of a typical family man: get married, have children and work on a farm; start your own business: hire workers, produce goods and engage in trade; lead a criminal gang of thieves, terrorizing the area and stealing valuables from residents; become a monopolist and sabotage competitors; buy houses, rent them out, or live like a hermit without a roof over your head.
