The plot takes Tsumugi, who is passionate about fencing, from the modern 21st century to the Sengoku era. She must destroy the Demon Lord, who was sealed by her ancestor many centuries ago. Someone came into the distant past to unseal this creature and seize its power. Also, 3 ninja girls from different worlds went there. Namely, the flirt-loving owner of the mechanical arm Hagane, the self-confident prodigy girl Komimi and the insecure representative of the Oda clan named Iyo. Together with them, the high school student forms a team. They all travel through the underworld and fight back against the forces of evil. The story is told through stakes and dialogue scenes with large character sprites in the spirit of visual novels. The narrative is replete with sharp turns.

Maiden Samurai is a 3D slasher game with a third-person view. In battle, you can deliver quick and heavy blows, perform combos, attack from the air, parry, evade enemy attacks, and perform special collective techniques.
