Senren＊Banka is primarily aimed at anime fans. The project uses the appropriate style (including chibi art) and Japanese voice acting. The plot combines romantic, tragic, mystical and humorous elements. The story revolves around supernatural incidents. A group of young people are trying to hide them from ordinary people.

The premise in Senren＊Banka: A Thousand Colors of Love is as follows. A guy named Arichi Masaomi comes to the provincial town of Hoori in the summer. The protagonist accidentally manages to do something that no one else has been able to do before. Namely, to pull the Murasamemaru sword out of the stone. After this event, the village is flooded with spirits.

The hero wants to correct the situation. He learns that to do this he needs to marry Tomotake Yoshino. This is the name of a princess with a difficult character from the local temple, who can help set things right. The guy will meet other colorful characters. For example: the spirit girl Murasame (invisible to ordinary people) living in the blade he took, the templar and prank lover Hitachi Mako, the extremely optimistic exchange student Lena Liechtenauer.
