Game Description

Stop Dead takes you to a future where urban landscapes are spreading across the planet and artificial intelligence is becoming ubiquitous. In this world, you will find yourself embroiled in the dark plots of a rogue AI bent on destroying its creators. Your job as a player is to become a disruptive and powerful force against the AI, with a unique set of abilities to help you counter it.

You are encouraged to use supernatural abilities to run, jump, slide and throw hundreds of objects as weapons. In this merciless first-person telekinetic battle, your goal is to destroy everything in your path. However, remember that constant movement is the key to success. If you stop, you will fail. You can sneak through the urban landscape to complete missions in frantic, bloody combat, adding a layer of skill and strategy to the chaos.

The game takes inspiration from classics like Doom, Portal and Mirror’s Edge and weaves a story of speed, action and bloodshed into a kaleidoscope of chaos and fun that’s inspired by the comics. However, it is not limited to conventional weapons and projectiles. With over 160 unique throwable items, you can cause hell by using your telekinetic powers to pull and throw objects, wander randomly through levels and destroy everything in your path.

The game invites you to run, jump and slide through 40 levels in four different biomes, each created with a vibrant, comic-book-like atmosphere. From rooftops to tunnels, plenty of new paths, challenges, and even a few hidden secrets await you to discover. Apart from its addictive gameplay, Stop Dead also offers a unique feature for streamers on the Twitch platform. A fully integrated Twitch system takes streaming and global challenges to the next level. By watching the leaderboard change online, you can react to new challenges, create items and enemies directly in the stream you’re watching, and compete with your ghost against other players.
