Stronghold 3 is a strategy game that allows you to play online, fighting with a friend or other players. All multiplayer modes are included for free on the pirate site. In the third part of the series, an improved system for building castles was introduced, and new types of crafts were added. The network game is designed for co-op and confrontation. A new weather system has been added and additional modes have been included, such as night sieges.

Various options for assault have appeared, and you can also take historical fortresses by force. Night mode in Stronghold 3 is the equivalent of the fog of war. The citadel changes depending on the buildings inside the fortress itself. If the castle is located closer to the house, it looks much richer. A huge emphasis is placed on the economic component and military affairs. The possibility of free online play allows each player to choose their own ruler and go through a unique branch of missions for their character. All campaign missions are connected by one storyline. Participants in the game can choose between aggressive military actions and peaceful construction mode, in which they need to equip their castle and improve the city.

You can collect resources such as gold, food and nobility, and also train troops in military craft. The plot continues from the first part. Events develop 7 years after the end of the original strategy. The wolf remained alive and returns along with an ally nicknamed the jackal. They are joined by the sons of the murdered kings - the Dukes de Puce (Rat) and de Truff (Boar). In addition, during the completion of tasks, other characters familiar from the series will appear. Among the new heroes are the Jackal and Lady Katherine.
