Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate immerses players in a Roguelike adventure, in the center of which are your favorite ninja turtles. Here, gamers take on the roles of Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello and Raphael, each of which is endowed with certain abilities. The narrative begins with the abduction of their mentor, Splinter, an evil Shredder. This laid the foundation for the study of various areas of New York, full of difficulties and enemies hiding behind each angle. The turtles are not alone: in this dangerous journey they are helped by such familiar allies as April and Metachedral.

At the heart of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate lies a Roguelike structure that brings an accident to each gameplay. Users are faced with unique bonuses and changing layout of the rooms, which changes the course of each passage. This unpredictability gives gameplay freshness, because none of the two sessions are the same. The constant emergence of new boss modifiers adds difficulty, forcing players to develop a strategy on the fly.
