The Long Drive is a car simulator designed to play online with a friend, joining forces for free on a pirate, or compete online online with other players, constructing cars and participating in races across the open spaces of the wasteland. The gameplay contains survival elements. A state resembling Arizona was provided for the study.

The environments of The Long Drive are randomly generated and the landscapes are almost endless. The possibility of free online play includes joint exploration of locations, driving different types of transport and complete immersion in an interactive, but very bizarre world. Once in the vast wasteland, players are not faced with invisible walls and restrictions, because everyone is free to go where they want and do what they like.

You can design your own types of transport, refuel, collect resources to repair your car, etc. Gasoline does not run out so quickly, so refilling the tank is only an additional mechanic. Sitting behind a vehicle, the camera changes perspective, allowing you to drive a car or motorcycle in first person. At the same time, the side mirrors reflect the character. Online play provides an unlimited number of opportunities, allowing you to compete in car design, participate in races and much more. Before starting the adventure, you can create your hero using an extensive editor.
