Game Description

THRASHER is a psychedelic arcade odyssey where music, visuals and the process itself are woven into a single transcendental stream that immerses you in a state of flow. The journey takes you from primeval darkness to the heights of celestial bliss, culminating in an intense showdown with a cosmic infant deity. Control the magnificent space eel to gracefully glide and dash across stunning alien worlds in a desperate race for survival. Each of the nine worlds presented presents new challenges, testing reactions and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing conditions of a surreal environment.

The main task is to evolve the creature under your care from a tiny worm into a giant beast. The THRASHER project has 27 stages to overcome, filled with obstacles and mysterious leviathans acting as bosses. Fighting these giants will be a real test of not only your skills, but also your sanity. The gameplay offers either relaxed exploration of unusual landscapes, or intense competition for the top positions in the leaderboards. For speed lovers, Time Trial and Play+ modes offer maximum difficulty and require impeccable skill.

The mechanics are based on a unique combo system based on creating circles. Control of the creature is based on rapid dashes, throws and maneuvers that allow you to break through obstacles and effectively accumulate points. The mesmerizing soundtrack from Lightning Bolt bassist Brian Gibson combines with spatial audio and tactile feedback to create a stunning sensory experience that is completely immersive.
