Game Description

UNBEATABLE is about a band on the run from the law in a world where music is a crime. The plot follows a girl named Beat and her companions as they navigate a repressive society where live concerts are an act of defiance. Clashes with law enforcement occupy a central place in the story, often escalating into direct skirmishes that force the heroes to flee. The situation is complicated by encounters with mysterious monsters and alliances with other individuals wanted by the authorities.

The gameplay in UNBEATABLE is divided into two components. In the arcade rhythm segments, the player will perform musical numbers using a simple two-button system for pressing up and down. The second half of the gameplay is devoted to exploring the world, freely moving around locations and communicating with various characters. This adventure segment contains branching dialogue and choices that influence the development of the plot and lead to large-scale staged scenes that combine both mechanics.

In addition to the main story, the project has an arcade mode, which is a separate game with its own development system and online elements. It offers modifiers and a challenge board with many challenges of varying difficulty levels. The mode contains an extensive library of original compositions, also presented in the form of acoustic versions and remixes. Completing tasks unlocks items for customizing your personal profile, which adds content independent of the main adventure.
