Online play inUSC: Counterforce immerses players in an exciting sci-fi universe where they must lead a squad of space commandos. This turn-based tactics game can be played online for free with a friend over the Internet. This multiplayer game is reminiscent of classics like UFO and XCOM, but with a new twist. You’ll find yourself knee-deep in alien goo on planetary body M-8322, trying to figure out what happened on the MC83-A colony, even if you’re playing as a pirate.

There are more layers to the game than an onion. Sure, you have the usual single-player missions, but there’s also a rich campaign mode. This is a real madhouse, with procedurally generated storylines that will not let you relax. You’re not just moving pawns around the board - you’re managing bases, juggling faction relationships, and keeping all those important relay stations running. It’s like playing chess, spinning plates and juggling chainsaws.

The squad management system is deeper than a black hole. You have a variety of attributes, skills and equipment at your disposal for your characters. Want to hack your way? Take action. Prefer to blow things up? There is equipment for this too. And don’t get me started on the environment - it’s more pliable than Play-Doh. Seal the airlock here, make a hole in the wall there - just remember that the baddies can pull the same tricks.
