Vampire’s Best Friend - a brave bat, controlled by the user, must make his way through deadly traps and treacherous obstacles to save his owner. The gameplay is based on unique flight mechanics, requiring refined and precise wing strokes to maneuver in confined spaces. The journey unfolds in gloomy but charming locations, among which there are foggy caves and ancient ruins. The visual design is stylized as retro classics, which is achieved through pixel graphics and a limited color palette, creating a nostalgic atmosphere.

The open structure of the world allows you to avoid impassable areas, suggesting that you look for alternative routes to advance. This approach encourages exploration and out-of-the-box thinking, allowing everyone to take the challenge at their own pace. Despite the high difficulty inherited from previous years' titles, Vampire’s Best Friend incorporates modern design elements such as a fair checkpoint system, making the challenge more balanced. Moving forward, the little hero will have to show remarkable dexterity to overcome all the obstacles placed by the vampire hunters.

The plot reveals the reason for the dangerous adventure. A mischievous vampire girl named Vampi has been captured by hunters hired by disgruntled townspeople. The reason for their anger was her pranks and forays into the city for tomato soup. Having defeated her with the help of garlic, the hunters imprisoned Vampi in a coffin, but her faithful winged friend immediately took flight to rescue her friend from trouble. This platformer offers an unusual take on the genre, focusing on aerial mastery.
