Game Description
Warm Monkey is about a desperate struggle for survival in the heart of a concrete jungle, where a troop of small monkeys multiplies under the scorching sun. Instead of the traditional health scale, there is an inexorably decreasing thirst indicator, forcing you to constantly look for saving moisture. The behavior of their relatives, appearing every 10 seconds, is unpredictable: they can fall from a height or run out onto the roadway under the wheels of scooters. Any individual whose color has changed to red is on the verge of death, requiring immediate access to water.
The main task is to travel through the entire city to the south in order to ultimately reach the sea coast. The world of Warm Monkey is an isometric 3D labyrinth without pre-defined routes. You have complete freedom to move around the exotic metropolis: you can climb trees and buildings, jumping from one roof to another. Survival here depends entirely on intuition and the ability to navigate the complex urban terrain.
Success directly depends on the ability to find sources to quench your thirst, scattered throughout the territory. As the group size increases, the overall need for water also increases, making the search for large bodies of water a priority goal. The loss of the lead ape does not mean the end, as the closest surviving teammate immediately takes its place, continuing the mission. The passage ends if the entire flock dies before reaching the goal.
The project offers not only survival, but also an arcade scoring system that rewards acrobatic stunts and the duration of the race. Additional points are awarded for exploring locations, discovering monumental structures and reaching great heights. The passage is available in cooperative mode for up to 4 people, where well-coordinated teamwork and coordination of actions become the key to overall success.
