Game Description
The retro style in White Hell tells about events in post-apocalyptic Finland, where the main character finds himself. A guy named Yarmo was the only survivor who woke up after a long hibernation, which he fell into due to a special technological program. Waking up after a long stay in a dream, the protagonist discovers a disfigured and modified world. There is chaos and devastation all around, and crowds of extremist groups roam the snowy areas.
The White Hell universe takes on the appearance of a classic dystopia into which the player will have to go. The character is able to move and use a variety of weapons, from a shotgun to an energy sword, which helps in close contact with the enemy. The game is made according to the canons of an old-school shooter, visually made in the old style. You have to make a long journey through the wasteland, understanding the twists and turns of the plot and coping with approaching obstacles, such as captured battle points or other dimensions.
The universe is divided into two rival factions. The fascist Order of the Blue Eagle is in conflict with the communist Red Tomorrow. The gamer will have to take part in the confrontation, completing dangerous missions and moving forward in the plot. On the way you will meet a large number of enemy fighters who need to be eliminated in protracted skirmishes in the arenas. The main task is to clear locations and open passages to new areas of the level.
